The motorcycle manufacturer was looking for a solution that would protect and stabilize their product, allow sustainable international shipping, make pack-out easy and reduce the total unit cost for packaging materials and freight.

Veritiv solution

Veritiv’s design included a wooden pallet with tire cutouts and strapping locations to prevent the motorcycles from moving during transit. The four-way forklift and wooden ramp features also made loading and pack-out effortless. Plus, the double-walled corrugated crate and external v-board provided enough support for double stacking during shipping.
