What started as a conversation about cartons and boxes—turned into a careful analysis at the cannabis company’s packaging process. Clearly, it was time for packaging automation. By looking at the challenge differently, we proposed a packaging automation solution paired with a seal-end carton redesign to speed up production for this growing cannabis customer.
