Veritiv offers the full range of Amazon Frustration-Free certification and packaging solutions.
Designed to reduce packaging waste, costs and damage, and make packages easier to open, Amazon’s Frustration-Free Packaging program requires specific-sized packages to meet certification guidelines.
Not sure if you qualify? All packages fulfilled by Amazon that are larger than 18" x 14" x 8", or heavier than 20 lbs. require certification.
Sellers who don’t comply are fined $1.99 per unit by Amazon.
The program includes three tiers of certification. Veritiv tests and certifies your packaging for all three levels without additional testing or documentation from Amazon.
As an Amazon Packaging Support and Supplier (APASS) Network member, Veritiv helps you test and quickly re-design as needed to meet Amazon requirements. We’re approved to provide everything you need to satisfy the requirements of the program—package testing, packaging supply, and packaging design certification.
It's a common question: "What happens if my package fails testing?" If your package fails one or more tests, our team guides you through the process of making improvements and re-testing. Watch this short video to learn more.
