The company discovered that bulk consumable cribs required massive inventory that was difficult to track. This made the procedures unclear and led to wasteful replenishment trips.

Veritiv kitted and delivered application-ready sets in multiple warehouses and combined more than 40  products on a single SKU for easy ordering.

A palletized kit for each type of aircraft (737-800, 787-9 and A320) was assembled ahead of time and made ready to ship. They were delivered in rolling and locking cages, and came with tape, PPE, and masking and abrasive supplies.

Results
